The 20 liters (5 gallons) salad spinner is just the right tool for a dry/non-soggy salad bar serving. The easy-grip handle together with the smooth construction of spinning gears, make the process of removing excess water on salad greens ideal and fast. Simply load the salad greens into the inner basket of the unit and close the lid, holding on the easy-grip handle and give it a spin! A 20 liters (5 gallons) capacity will comfortably fit 5-6 lettuce heads with ease. This product also comes with originally added features of 2 inner basket dividers and 6 non-skid base that greatly increase the dynamic of portion usage as well as stability. Directions

• Wash before use with warm water & detergent

• Attach the drainage tube to the drainage hole at the bottom of the outer container

• Place the lid turn slightly into the locking position
